ROFL, I live in Pune and have seen a lot of signs that have stuff like this. Surprising you missed the 'Ithe Joshi rahat nahi, ghanti vaazvu naka, aamhala mahit nahi Joshi kuthe rhatat' or to that extent, my marathi's rusty. Would love to go see the Beware of dogs and ghosts. Any idea where that is?
Sumit - Lol ! I wish the mail forward (which contained all those photos) had the Joshi Patya photo too! Actually, I have no idea where those sign-boards are man...like I said it came as a forward to me. So I'm guessing there's some intrepid person out there shooting those boards and forwarding it!

I remember years back near Lakshmi/Bajirao road in Pune there used to be a small joint which i think was called " Sujata" , which had about 10 patya all over. Most of them were hilarious but one of them I clearly remember and it was placed above the wash basin and said (translated into english) - "Do not make inappropriate noises while gargling"
...and our good old Anantashram in Khotachi wadi has a pati " Ghai-la pan vel lagto" - "Hurry also takes up time". heh heh !
